Καὶ ἐγένετο τὰ ὅρια φυλῆς Ἰούδα κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν ἀπὸ τῶν ὁρίων τῆς Ἰδουμαίας ἀπὸ τῆς ἐρήμου Σὶν ἕως Κάδης πρὸς Λίβα.
This then was the lot of the tribe of the children of Judah by their families; even to the border of Edom the wilderness of Zin southward was the uttermost part of the south coast.

Καὶ ἐγενήθη αὐτῶν τὰ ὅρια ἀπὸ Λιβὸς ἕως μέρους θαλάσσης τῆς ἁλυκῆς ἀπὸ τῆς λοφιᾶς τῆς φερούσης ἐπὶ Λίβα.
And their south border was from the shore of the salt sea, from the bay that looketh southward:

Καὶ διαπορεύεται ἀπέναντι τῆς προσαναβάσεως Ἀκραβίν· καὶ ἐκπεριπορεύεται Σενὰ, καὶ ἀναβαίνει ἀπὸ Λιβὸς ἐπὶ Κάδης Βαρνῆ· καὶ ἐκπορεύεται Ἀσωρὼν, καὶ προσαναβαίνει εἰς Σάραδα· καὶ ἐκπορεύεται τὴν κατὰ δυσμὰς Κάδης,
And it went out to the south side to Maaleh–acrabbim, and passed along to Zin, and ascended up on the south side unto Kadesh–barnea, and passed along to Hezron, and went up to Adar, and fetched a compass to Karkaa:

καὶ ἐκπορεύεται ἐπὶ Σελμωνὰν, καὶ διεκβάλλει ἕως φάραγγος Αἰγύπτου· καὶ ἔσται αὐτοῦ ἡ διέξοδος τῶν ὁρίων ἐπὶ τὴν θάλασσαν· τοῦτό ἐστιν αὐτῶν ὅρια ἀπὸ Λιβός.
From thence it passed toward Azmon, and went out unto the river of Egypt; and the goings out of that coast were at the sea: this shall be your south coast.

Καὶ τὰ ὅρια ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν πᾶσα ἡ θάλασσα ἡ ἁλυκὴ ἕως τοῦ Ἰορδάνου. Καὶ τὰ ὅρια αὐτῶν ἀπὸ Βοῤῥᾶ, καὶ ἀπὸ τῆς λοφιᾶς τῆς θαλάσσης καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ μέρους τοῦ Ἰορδάνου.
And the east border was the salt sea, even unto the end of Jordan. And their border in the north quarter was from the bay of the sea at the uttermost part of Jordan:

Ἐπιβαίνει τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ Βαιθαγλαάμ· καὶ παραπορεύεται ἀπὸ Βοῤῥᾶ ἐπὶ Βαιθάραβα, καὶ προσαναβαίνει τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ λίθον Βαιὼν υἱοῦ Ῥουβήν·
And the border went up to Beth–hogla, and passed along by the north of Beth–arabah; and the border went up to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben:

Καὶ προσαναβαίνει τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ τὸ τέταρτον τῆς φάραγγος Ἀχὼρ, καὶ καταβαίνει ἐπὶ Γαλγὰλ, ἥ ἐστιν ἀπέναντι τῆς προσβάσεως Ἀδαμμὶν, ἥ ἐστι κατὰ Λίβα τῇ φάραγγι, καὶ διεκβάλλεῖ ἐπὶ τὸ ὕδωρ τῆς πηγῆς τοῦ ἡλίου· καὶ ἔσται αὐτοῦ ἡ διέξοδος πηγὴ Ῥωγήλ·
And the border went up toward Debir from the valley of Achor, and so northward, looking toward Gilgal, that is before the going up to Adummim, which is on the south side of the river: and the border passed toward the waters of En–shemesh, and the goings out thereof were at En–rogel:

Καὶ ἀναβαίνει τὰ ὅρια εἰς φάραγγα Ἐννὸμ, ἐπὶ νώτου τοῦ Ἰεβοῦις ἀπὸ Λιβός· αὕτη ἐστιν Ἱερουσαλήμ· καὶ διεκβάλλει τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ κορυφὴν ὄρους, ἥ ἐστι κατὰ πρόσωπον φάραγγος Ἐννὸμ πρὸς θαλάσσης, ἥ ἐστιν ἐκ μέρους γῆς Ῥαφαῒν ἐπὶ βοῤῥᾶ·
And the border went up by the valley of the son of Hinnom unto the south side of the Jebusite; the same is Jerusalem: and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lieth before the valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the end of the valley of the giants northward:

Καὶ διεκβάλλει τὸ ὅριον ἀπὸ κορυφῆς τοῦ ὄρους ἐπὶ πηγὴν ὕδατος Ναφθὼ, καὶ διεκβάλλει εἰς τὸ ὄρος Ἐφρών· καὶ ἄξει τὸ ὅριον εἰς Βαάλ· αὕτη ἐστὶ πόλις Ἰαρίμ.
And the border was drawn from the top of the hill unto the fountain of the water of Nephtoah, and went out to the cities of mount Ephron; and the border was drawn to Baalah, which is Kirjath–jearim:

Καὶ περιελεύσεται ὅριον ἀπὸ Βαὰλ ἐπὶ θάλασσαν, καὶ παρελεύσεται εἰς ὄρος Ἀσσὰρ ἐπὶ νώτου πόλιν Ἰαρὶν ἀπὸ Βοῤῥᾶ· αὕτη ἐστὶ Χασλών· καὶ καταβήσεται ἐπὶ πόλιν ἡλίου, καὶ παρελεύσεται ἐπὶ Λίβα·
And the border compassed from Baalah westward unto mount Seir, and passed along unto the side of mount Jearim, which is Chesalon, on the north side, and went down to Beth–shemesh, and passed on to Timnah:

Καὶ διεκβάλλει τὸ ὅριον κατὰ νώτου Ἀκκαρὼν ἐπὶ βοῤῥᾶν, καὶ διεκβαλεῖ τὰ ὅρια εἰς Σοκχὼθ, καὶ παρελεύσεται ὅρια ἐπὶ Λίβα, καὶ διεκβαλεῖ ἐπὶ Λεβνὰ, καὶ ἔσται ἡ διέξοδος τῶν ὁρίων ἐπὶ θάλασσαν·
And the border went out unto the side of Ekron northward: and the border was drawn to Shicron, and passed along to mount Baalah, and went out unto Jabneel; and the goings out of the border were at the sea.

Καὶ τὰ ὅρια αὐτῶν ἀπὸ θαλάσσης, ἡ θάλασσα ἡ μεγάλη ὁριεῖ. Ταῦτα τὰ ὅρια υἱῶν Ἰούδα κύκλῳ κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν.
And the west border was to the great sea, and the coast thereof. This is the coast of the children of Judah round about according to their families.

Καὶ τῷ Χάλεβ υἱῷ Ἰεφονῆ ἔδωκε μερίδα ἐν μέσῳ υἱῶν Ἰούδα διὰ προστάγματος τοῦ Θεοῦ· καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτῷ Ἰησοῦς τὴν πόλιν Ἀρβὸκ μητρόπολιν Ἐνάκ· αὕτη ἐστὶ Χεβρών.
And unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a part among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the Lord to Joshua, even the city of Arba the father of Anak, which city is Hebron.

Καὶ ἐξωλόθρευσεν ἐκεῖθεν Χάλεβ υἱὸς Ἰεφονὴ τοὺς τρεῖς υἱοὺς Ἐνὰκ, τὸν Σουσὶ καὶ Θολαμὶ καὶ τὸν Ἀχιμᾶ.
And Caleb drove thence the three sons of Anak, Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai, the children of Anak.

Καὶ ἀνέβη ἐκεῖθεν Χάλεβ ἐπὶ τοὺς κατοικοῦντας Δαβίρ· τὸ δὲ ὄνομα Δαβὶρ ἦν τὸ πρότερον πόλις Γραμμάτων.
And he went up thence to the inhabitants of Debir: and the name of Debir before was Kirjath–sepher.

Καὶ εἶπε Χάλεβ, ὃς ἂν λάβῃ καὶ ἐκκόψῃ τὴν πόλιν τῶν Γραμμάτων καὶ κυριεύσῃ αὐτῆς, δώσω αὐτῷ τὴν Ἀσχὰν θυγατέρα μου εἰς γυναῖκα.
And Caleb said, He that smiteth Kirjath–sepher, and taketh it, to him will I give Achsah my daughter to wife.

Καὶ ἔλαβεν αὐτὴν Γοθονιὴλ υἱὸς Χενὲζ ἀδελφοῦ Χάλεβ· καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτῷ τὴν Ἀσχὰν θυγατέρα αὐτοῦ γυναῖκα.
And Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it: and he gave him Achsah his daughter to wife.

Καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν τῷ ἐκπορεύέσθαι αὐτὴν καὶ συνέβουλεύσατο αὐτῷ, λέγουσα, αἰτήσομαι τὸν πατέρα μου ἀγρόν· καὶ ἐβόησεν ἐκ τοῦ ὄνου· καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ Χάλεβ, τί ἐστί σοι;
And it came to pass, as she came unto him, that she moved him to ask of her father a field: and she lighted off her ass; and Caleb said unto her, What wouldest thou?

Καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ, δός μοι εὐλογίαν, ὅτι εἰς γῆν Ναγὲβ δέδωκάς με· δός μοι τὴν Βοτθανίς· καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτῇ τὴν Γοναιθλὰν τὴν ἄνω καὶ τὴν Γοναιθλὰν τὴν κάτω.
Who answered, Give me a blessing; for thou hast given me a south land; give me also springs of water. And he gave her the upper springs, and the nether springs.

Αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία φυλῆς υἱῶν Ἰούδα.
This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families.

Ἐγενήθησαν δὲ πόλεις αὐτῶν πόλεις πρὸς τῇ φυλῇ υἱῶν Ἰούδα ἐφʼ ὁρίων Ἐδὼμ ἐπὶ τῆς ἐρήμου, καὶ Βαισελεὴλ, καὶ Ἀρὰ, καὶ Ἀσὼρ,
And the uttermost cities of the tribe of the children of Judah toward the coast of Edom southward were Kabzeel, and Eder, and Jagur,

καὶ Ἰκὰμ, καὶ Ῥεγμὰ, καὶ Ἀρουὴλ,
And Kinah, and Dimonah, and Adadah,
23
καὶ Κάδης, καὶ Ἀσοριωναὶν, καὶ Μαινὰμ,
And Kedesh, and Hazor, and Ithnan,
24
καὶ Βαλμαινὰν, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν,
Ziph, and Telem, and Bealoth,
25
καὶ αἱ πόλεις Ἀσερὼν, αὕτη Ἀσὼρ,
And Hazor, Hadattah, and Kerioth, and Hezron, which is Hazor,
26
καὶ Σὴν, καὶ Σαλμαὰ, καὶ Μωλαδὰ,
Amam, and Shema, and Moladah,
27
καὶ Σερὶ, καὶ Βαιφαλὰθ,
And Hazar–gaddah, and Heshmon, and Beth–palet,
28
καὶ Χολασεωλὰ, καὶ Βηρσαβεέ· καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν, καὶ αἱ ἐπαύλεις αὐτῶν,
And Hazar–shual, and Beer–sheba, and Bizjothjah,
29
Βαλὰ, καὶ Βακὼκ, καὶ Ἀσὸμ,
Baalah, and Iim, and Azem,
30
καὶ Ἐλβωϋδὰδ, καὶ Βαιθὴλ, καὶ Ἑρμὰ,
And Eltolad, and Chesil, and Hormah,
31
καὶ Σεκελὰκ, καὶ Μαχαρὶμ, καὶ Σεθεννὰκ,
And Ziklag, and Madmannah, and Sansannah,
32
καὶ Λαβὼς, καὶ Σαλὴ, καὶ Ἐρωμώθ· πόλεις εἰκοσιεννέα, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν.
And Lebaoth, and Shilhim, and Ain, and Rimmon: all the cities are twenty and nine, with their villages:

Ἐν τῇ πεδινῇ Ἀσταὼλ, καὶ Ῥάα, καὶ Ἄσσα.
And in the valley, Eshtaol, and Zoreah, and Ashnah,
34
Καὶ Ῥάμεν, καὶ Τανὼ, καὶ Ἰλουθὼθ, καὶ Μαιανὶ,
And Zanoah, and En–gannim, Tappuah, and Enam,
35
καὶ Ἰερμοὺθ, καὶ Ὀδολλὰμ, καὶ Μεμβρὰ, καὶ Σαωχὼ, καὶ Ἰαζηκὰ,
Jarmuth, and Adullam, Socoh, and Azekah,
36
καὶ Σακαρὶμ, καὶ Γάδηρα, καὶ αἱ ἐπαύλεις αὐτῆς· πόλεις δεκατέσσαρες, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν.
And Sharaim, and Adithaim, and Gederah, and Gederothaim; fourteen cities with their villages:

Σεννὰ, καὶ Ἀδασὰν, καὶ Μαγαδαλγὰδ,
Zenan, and Hadashah, and Migdal–gad,

καὶ Δαλὰδ, καὶ Μασφὰ, καὶ Ἰαχαρεὴλ,
And Dilean, and Mizpeh, and Joktheel,

καὶ Βασηδὼθ, καὶ Ἰδεαδαλέα, καὶ
Lachish, and Bozkath, and Eglon,
40
Χαβρά, καὶ Μαχὲς, καὶ Μααχὼς,
And Cabbon, and Lahmam, and Kithlish,
41
καὶ Γεδδὼρ, καὶ Βαγαδιὴλ, καὶ Νωμὰν, καὶ Μαχηδάν· πόλεις ἑκκαίδεκα, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν·
And Gederoth, Beth–dagon, and Naamah, and Makkedah; sixteen cities with their villages:

Λεβνὰ, καὶ Ἰθὰκ, καὶ Ἀνὼχ,
Libnah, and Ether, and Ashan,
43
καὶ Ἰανὰ, καὶ Νασὶβ,
And Jiphtah, and Ashnah, and Nezib,
44
καὶ Κεϊλὰμ, καὶ Ἀκιεζὶ, καὶ Κεζὶβ, καὶ Βαθησὰρ, καὶ Αἰλώμ· πόλεις δέκα, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν·
And Keilah, and Achzib, and Mareshah; nine cities with their villages:

Ἀκκαρὼν, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῆς, καὶ αἱ ἐπαύλεις αὐτῶν,
Ekron, with her towns and her villages:
46
ἀπὸ Ἀκκαρὼν Γεμνά· καὶ πᾶσαι ὅσαι εἰσὶ πλησίον Ἀσηδώθ· καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν,
From Ekron even unto the sea, all that lay near Ashdod, with their villages:
47
Ἀσιεδὼθ, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῆς, καὶ αἱ ἐπαύλεις αὐτῆς· Γάζα, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῆς, καὶ ἐπαύλεις αὐτῆς ἕως τοῦ χειμάῤῥου Αἰγύπτου, καὶ ἡ θάλασσα ἡ μεγάλη διορίζει.
Ashdod with her towns and her villages, Gaza with her towns and her villages, unto the river of Egypt, and the great sea, and the border thereof:

Καὶ ἐν τῇ ὀρεινῇ Σαμὶρ, καὶ Ἰεθὲρ, καὶ Σωχὰ,
And in the mountains, Shamir, and Jattir, and Socoh,
49
καὶ Ῥεννὰ, καὶ πόλις Γραμμάτων, αὕτη Δαβὶρ,
And Dannah, and Kirjath–sannah, which is Debir,
50
καὶ Ἀνὼν, καὶ Ἒς, καὶ Μὰν, καὶ Αἰσὰμ,
And Anab, and Eshtemoh, and Anim,

Maon, Carmel, and Ziph, and Juttah,

καὶ Ἰαριὴλ, καὶ Ἀρικὰμ, καὶ Ζακαναῒμ,
And Jezreel, and Jokdeam, and Zanoah,
57
καὶ Γαβαὰ, καὶ Θαμναθά· πόλεις ἐννέα, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν·
Cain, Gibeah, and Timnah; ten cities with their villages:

Αἰλουὰ, καὶ Βηθσοὺρ, καὶ Γεδδὼν,
Halhul, Beth–zur, and Gedor,
59
καὶ Μαγαρὼθ, καὶ Βαιθανὰμ, καὶ Θεκούμ· πόλεις ἓξ, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν·
Θεκὼ, καὶ Ἐφραθὰ, αὕτη ἐστὶ Βαιθλεὲμ, καὶ Φαγὼρ, καὶ Αἰτὰν, καὶ Κουλὸν, καὶ Τατὰμ, καὶ Θωβὴς, καὶ Καρὲμ, καὶ Γαλὲμ καὶ Θεθὴρ, καὶ Μανοχώ· πόλεις ἕνδεκα, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν·
And Maarath, and Beth–anoth, and Eltekon; six cities with their villages:

Καριαθβαὰλ, αὕτη ἡ πόλις Ἰαρὶμ, καὶ Σωθηβᾶ· πόλεις δύο, καὶ αἱ ἐπαύλεις αὐτῶν·
Kirjath–baal, which is Kirjath–jearim, and Rabbah; two cities with their villages:

καὶ Βαδδαργεὶς, καὶ Θαραβαὰμ, καὶ Αἰνὼν,
In the wilderness, Beth–arabah, Middin, and Secacah,
62
καὶ Αἰοχιοζὰ, καὶ Ναφλαζὼν, καὶ αἱ πόλεις Σαδῶν, καὶ Ἀρκάδης· πόλεις ἑπτὰ, καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν.
And Nibshan, and the city of Salt, and En–gedi; six cities with their villages.

Καὶ ὁ Ἰεβουσαῖος κατῴκει ἐν Ἱερουσαλὴμ, καὶ οὐκ ἠδυνήθησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰούδα ἀπολέσαι αὐτούς· καὶ κατῴκησαν οἱ Ἰεβουσαῖοι ἐν Ἱερουσαλὴμ ἕως τῆς ἡμέρας ταύτης.
As for the Jebusites the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not drive them out: but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Judah at Jerusalem unto this day.
